Çamdibi Run 14K
Çamdibi 14K is run on a partly dirt partly hard road in history and nature.
Starting next to Hagia Sophia in Iznik Dortyol, passing through Yenişehir Gate and deviating to Dırazali road after Kyrgyz Tomb, the route is between olive and orchards for the next 11 km. It runs among the flavors and colors of the fertile Iznik Plain, especially olives, plums, peaches, apples, cherries, sour cheerries, walnuts, figs, lindens, kiwis and grapes. It ends at the point where it started by passing through the Lefke Gate.
It passes through Dırazali and Çamdibi Villages. The first 4km and the last 1,2km are asphalts. Between the soil is the tractor road. It can be muddy depending on the precipitation between 9-12,5 km. Small ramps are ascended to the 4th km: Iznik Plain is laid under your feet.
**Attention: There are stairs at Lefke Gate at 12,5km! Wheelchairs and strollers are not suitable for pushing.
