Early Bird Registration: Valid for the first 20 registrations in all courses. Once the quota is full, the next tier applies regardless of the date.
No new registrations on race day. Registration desk only distribute kits.
The race are ITRA and UTMB index accredited, depending on distnace and elevation gain. Please check the race pages for the points.
There is no chip timing in the race.
Podium evaluation is conducted for the top 3 in the 10-12 and 7-9 age categories.
No timing or podium ranking is conducted for children aged 6 and under.
The race number, finisher medal, post-race refreshments, and digital certificate are included in the participation fee.
The registration process is finalized upon payment.
Participation in the İznik Ultra Marathon can be completed through the payment of the participation fee via credit card or debit card at www.plustimer.com. Once the payment is made, the registration will be finalized. Payments made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer are binding, non-deferrable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable under local written law.

For İznik Ultra, running groups and teams with 10 or more participants are eligible for a 10% discount. This discount can only be applied during the online payment step using the codes obtained from yaris@maceraakademisi.com.
Runners who have raised donations through the IPK system via Adım Adım in the past two years are also eligible for a 10% discount. The discount code for eligible runners is their own IPK code. (For example, if your IPK code is "IPKXXXX," your discount code will be "IPKXXXX.")
The signed contract falls under the exceptions to the right of withdrawal as stated in Article 15, Paragraph 1, Clause (g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation dated November 27, 2014. By accepting this contract, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
The organizer commits to delivering the race T-shirt included in the race fee to participants who request a registration cancellation in writing at least 15 days before the race (by April 3, 2025, or earlier). The eligible participant may collect the T-shirt in person, authorize a representative to pick it up, or request delivery via cash-on-delivery shipping.
The registration fee and race bib are non-transferable.
The participant can complete an unpaid application by making the payment under “My Applications.” The final course fee must be paid.
For change requests made before the final registration deadline:
No refunds will be issued for downgrading to a lower-priced course.
For upgrades to a higher-priced course, the fee difference must be paid.
For change requests made after the final registration deadline:
Changes can only be made before the race kit is prepared, subject to availability, with a 100 TL processing fee.
For İznik Ultra 25K - 50K, 75K, 90K, and 160K races, a valid athlete license or an equivalent medical certificate is required.
For Çamdibi 14K and İznik 5K UNESCO Run, a health certificate is not required; the risk acceptance form is sufficient.
You must upload your medical certificate or license during registration or later by scanning and submitting it through the "My Applications" section in the user panel. Click here to download the medical certificate.
Young athletes who are at least 10 years old (or turning 10) can participate in the İznik Historical City Run, provided they also submit a parental consent form.
Participants of the 14K and İznik Historical City Run can also join the race by signing the waiver prepared by the organization.
In İznik Ultra races, there is no separate category for paralympic, disabled, or special athletes. Athletes who meet the physical and mental requirements of each race distance participate equally and are evaluated in the general and age classifications.For the safety of the race and participants, each race distance has a designated quota for paralympic, disabled, and special athletes. Athletes who meet the classifications in the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Athlete Classification Guide are eligible for this quota.
The quota is 10 participants for the 5K race and 3 participants for each of the other races.
For the 5K race, participants can register for free within the quota if they present a disability report, paralympic license, or special athlete certificate.
For all other races, a 50% discount is applied to the registration fee.
Registration conditions also apply to a guide runner if the athlete requires one.
